This site uses the open source content management system Drupal to allow logged in members to add to the site.
This one uses the blogging tool Movable Type to make updates quick and easy: fill in a textbox and click POST.
This also uses Movable Type but with a very different graphic look. It has a roster of four editors who post their own articles weekly.
I’ve also had experience producing short videos and compressing them for the web, as well as some rudimentary Flash work. I have access to a large pool of freelancers if there’s a particular style or technology you’re interested in using.
